CMMC Referral Program Details & Eligibility

1. Who is a "Qualified Referral"?

To be eligible for the $25 Amazon Gift Card reward, the referred company must meet the following "Qualified Lead" criteria:

• Industry: Must be a contractor or subcontractor within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) or a related supply chain subject to CMMC requirements.

• Authority: The referral must be an introduction to a decision-maker (CEO, COO, IT Director, or Facility Security Officer).

• Intent: The company must have an active interest in a CMMC gap analysis, readiness assessment, or managed compliance services.

2. The Meeting Reward ($25 Amazon Gift Card)

• You will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card once the referred contact completes an initial discovery meeting with the HackerHaus team.

• Discovery meetings are held to determine the scope of their CMMC needs. Gift cards are issued within 7 business days of the meeting’s completion.

• Limit: One gift card per referred company.

3. The Referral Fee (5% Commission)

• If the referred company signs a contract with HackerHaus, you will receive a one-time referral fee equal to 5% of the initial project invoice amount.

• "Initial project invoice" refers to the first milestone or project-based fee (e.g., a Readiness Assessment or Gap Analysis). It does not apply to ongoing monthly recurring revenue or future add-on services.

• Payment Timing: Referral fees are paid out within 30 days of HackerHaus receiving the cleared payment from the referred client.

4. Transparency & Ethics

• Disclosure: We believe in the HackerHaus code of transparency. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have a pre-existing relationship with the contact and that they are expecting a follow-up from us.

• Taxation: Referral fees exceeding $600 in a calendar year may require the issuance of a Form 1099-NEC per IRS regulations.
